ISIF, formed earlier this year by fashionable duo Paris Golding and Biance Skeete, is the first online store of its kind in the region targeting a fashion-forward customer i.e. Us!
We caught up with the them to have a chat about the vision behind this vibrant e-tailer and what this means for Dubai’s female population.
Congratulations on the launch and recent success of ISIF! Who is the I Saw It First girl?
Girls that love to socialize, to see and be seen. They are avid social media users and are confident, independent women who enjoy taking pride in their appearance and obviously, love fashion!
What is the idea behind ISIF?
It all began with Bianca and I sourcing bikinis because we couldn’t find affordable, new items in Dubai that everyone didn’t already have from the mainstream stores and it kind of snowballed from there.
How often is new stock available?
We have a daily new section coming to the website soon which will show new stock daily but at the moment it’s every week.
Are there limited quantities of each garment and what’s the advantage of this?
In our ‘Boutique’ section we have limited stock as we are still learning about our customers, their tastes, likes and dislikes. It also works to an advtange because our customer knows that not everybody will be wearing the same as them, there’s nothing worse than going out in Dubai to see someone in the same outfit as you!

Do you see ISIF as a breakthrough in online shopping in the region? What does ISIF offer that no-one else currently does?
Absolutely! We offer fast, affordable fashion for a region that is full of expats and used to being able to place an order for a dress online and receive it the next day. Our aim is to modernize Dubai and the Gulf with our European inspired fashions. Our clothing is age appropriate, on trend and our buyers are also the age of our target market. We have tried to take on board all of our customers needs when going through the buying process.
Where do you source the fashion from ISIF?
We have spent months narrowing down our suppliers and our main source is the UK. However, we are currently in the process of designing and creating the ISIF brand which will feature a low price point whilst maintaining the high quality that our customers have come to trust.
How does delivery and payment work?
We have a 1-2 day courier delivery service at AED 25 across the region and we offer cash on delivery as well as free collections for returns within 7 days.
Which online fashion stores would you most compare ISIF to?
We are still very early on in our business but we would like to compare ourselves to Boohoo and Pretty Little Things in the UK eventually having witnessed their great success.
What is your overall aim with ISIF?
Our aim is to make fashion attainable. By supplying the latest trends at affordable pricing we are able to fulfill the needs of the gap in the market, while offering a lifestyle that women want to be a part of.
