If 2020 was the kick we all needed, 2021 is the year we prioritise our health and wellbeing.
Healthy-eating hub Flow is offering those new to Veganuary (or long-standing devotees) a meal plan that takes the stress out of deciding what to eat when following a vegan diet.
Created by the restaurant’s Head Chef Christopher Kinsley, the dedicated meal plans provide healthy and nutritional vegan dishes and snacks inspired by popular dishes from the popular restaurant’s vegan menu.
Flow’s plant-based meal plans consist of three healthy meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and two additional snacks per day, delivered to your door each morning between 6-8am. Two monthly packages – 30 days or 22 days to cover the working week – are priced at AED 2,599 (AED 17 per meal) and AED 1,999 (AED 20 per meal), respectively. Trial packages for one week are also available at AED 699 for seven days and AED 499 for five days.
Breakfast items include gingerbread granola with oat milk and dried raisins, mixed berries with super seeds crumble and coconut yoghurt, or a Flow Vegan Breakfast with sausage, scrambled tofu, Mexican beans, balsamic glazed cherry tomatoes and grilled portobello mushrooms.
Main course options for lunch and dinner include an avocado and grilled mushroom Club Sandwich with caramelized onion jam, slow roasted bell pepper and homemade BBQ sauce, Mediterranean ragout pasta with herb roasted eggplant and basil oil, or a Thai vegetable coconut curry.
Snacks range from cookie dough power balls, sliced avocado and beetroot hummus with house dukkha, or a tropical fruit pot with passionfruit and lychee dip.
