London favourite COYA, that opened up in the brand new Four Season’s Hotel Dubai this time last year is celebrating it’s first birthday in style coupled with a New Year’s Eve party to end all New Year’s Eve parties.
Playing homage to tradition, our favourite Latin American hotspot is ringing in 2016 with a red and gold masquerade party.
Being the sister restaurant of world-renowned Zuma and La Petite Maison in DIFC, we wouldn’t expect anything less than an exclusive event to mark the New Year. The contemporary Peruvian menu will still feature but for one night only COYA will offer a succulent four-course special menu. Each dish will be lovingly prepared by COYA’s world-class chefs with each course served in a theatrical way at the table. Cameras at the ready.
The menu is a gastronomic delight of flavourful red snapper ceviche, fresh oysters, light quinoa salad as well as juicy lobster and classic rib eye cabassi. Coupled with premium champagne, you’ll enjoy a real treat as you celebrate with friends or family over a delicious meal.
What’s better is that COYA boasts premium views of the iconic Dubai skyline from its terrace, overlooking the Burj Khalifa and its now legendary fireworks as the clock strikes twelve. Resident DJ Roderio Lopez alongside a very special guest will be entertaining revellers until 3am so wear your dancing shoes.
So grab your mask, dig out your red and gold threads and make a reservation at COYA this New Year’s Eve.
Reservations start from 7pm on December 31st.
The NYE Menu is priced at AED 1000 per person however premium tables on the terrace are priced at AED 3000 per person and tables in the main restaurant at AED 2000 per person. For Pisco Lounge tables a charge of AED 5000 per person applies.
