Finally, it has been announced who is to step into J-Lo’s shoes and perform at the closing ceremony of the impending Dubai World Cup at the Meydan Racecourse : Kylie Minogue.
The pint-sized songstress was confirmed this morning as the live performer at this month’s star-studded event, a firm social staple on the Dubai calendar.
Minogue will top off a day of horse-racing, entertaining crowds of thousands with her well-known hits such as ‘Spinning Around’, ‘Locomotion’ and ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’ as she takes to the stage from around 10pm.
“Growing up in Melbourne, horse racing is a major and exciting part of our annual calendar,” she stated “So to be able to bring my show to the Dubai World Cup is something I’m very much looking forward to. It will certainly be an unforgettable experience.”
Admission to the post-race concert is exclusive to 2015 Dubai World Cup day ticket holders.
