In prime position in the midst of the action, Rixos Premium, JBR, is already gearing up for the season with a range of special seasonal offers to celebrate Christmas, New Year and beyond.
Azure Beach is one of Dubai’s favourite beachside hangouts and AMMOS, the delicious (and insanely popular) Greek restaurant have a range of festive offers to see you through to the new year in style.
For Christmas on the beach (we mean, who doesn’t want that?!), guests can take advantage of a limited edition festive sushi platter at Azure Beach between 24th-31st December, containing four types of sushi, wake and sesame salad, AND a bottle of Azure grape to share. Available from midday till late for AED 495 per couple, the festive sushi platter is a fun take on the holidays.
Over at AMMOS, diners can also take advantage of limited-edition special menu available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day only, in addition to the regular a la carte menu. The line-up of festive dishes includes shrimp tartare marinated in Greek citrus sauce, served with pumpkin puree and lime gel; handmade lobster ravioli with semi-dried tomatoes and sweet onion; Greek-style slow-cooked beef cheeks with orzo pasta; and a traditional Greek dessert of karidopita, a chocolate walnut cake served with caramel ice cream.
On 25th December from 1pm to 4pm, Azure Beach is offering a fun and chilled out way to celebrate with its “Almost Survived 2020 Brunch” featuring a line-up of festive food served straight to the sunbed! The brunch menu includes signature Azure Beach favourites with a festive twist. Christmas by the pool? Tick!
Starters range from cranberry glazed sticky chicken wings to festive crab rainbow rolls and kim-cheese quesadilla with smoked vegetable dip, while mains include Santa’s salmon sandwich (orange and dill salmon with sultana, coleslaw, caramelised walnut crunch and house cured beetroot on milk bread bun); and a Chrimbo club sandwich (honey and soy glazed turkey, sage and onion omelette, cranberry mayo, five spiced beef tenderloin, lettuce and roasted pepper). For a sweet finish, diners can dive into a delicious tropical fruit and eggnog ice dessert platter.
Packages start at AED 225 for soft drinks, AED 345 for free-flowing house beverages and AED 445 for unlimited bubbly, with festive vibes until late thanks to the Azure Beach resident DJ.
Looking forward to waving 2020 good-bye? Us too! And what better way to start 2021 than with a pool day. From 10am to 12pm, guests ordering an adult beverage will receive a complimentary mini Bloody Mary per person to enjoy while lounging by the pool. Now that sounds like a happy new year!
