Jumeirah Emirates Towers: A Dubai Icon

Standing tall at the edge of new Dubai, the twin towered façade of Jumeirah Emirates Towers has become somewhat of an institution. Renowned for offering legendary luxury in the most glamorous of all of the seven emirates, this five-star hotel is so much more than just a sleek architectural masterpiece.

It’s exemplary hospitality coupled with a wealth of facilities and services make Jumeirah Emirates Towers an ideal destination for both business and leisure alike.

On the cusp of Downtown Dubai, marking the entrance to Dubai International Financial Centre, these two equilateral triangular-shaped skyscrapers are home to luxurious accommodation, world-class restaurants, retail boutiques and office space.

With 400 spacious rooms and suites, this is a hotel of sizeable presence, where the vast atrium is a melting pot of nationalities and cultures and a hideaway for the jet set.  Jumeirah Emirates Towers is arguably a lifestyle destination in its own right.

In the shadow of the central glass elevator system, transporting discerning guests at lightning speed up to new heights of luxury, sits the hotel’s reception area. Here, the Jumeirah name takes centre stage. Staff are discreet and attentive, no guest is left waiting to check in or check out, simply whisked to an open desk and served with a smile.


Accommodation is spread out evenly over the 50 or so floors, room categories range from a beautifully appointed Deluxe (44 sq.m) to the opulent Royal Suite (312 sq.m) with several additional categories in between including the notable Club Rooms which enjoy exclusive access to the Club Executive Lounge on level 42.

The Executive Tower Suite is our accommodation of choice; A sophisticated, versatile space perfect for the seasoned traveler. Situated on the hotel’s upper floors, it can be used as a private suite or can be connected to a neighbouring Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, Club Room or Club Junior Suite for a widened experience – especially convenient for families.


At 87 sq.m this expansive suite is the ultimate in sophisticated luxury and the sweeping views of Dubai will wow even the most hard to please hotel connoisseur. The circular shaped room sits in the building’s circular tower and as you would imagine is semi-circular in its shape. This beautifully decorated suite flows brilliantly making it a true pleasure to reside within. A dedicated office space transforms into a comfortable sitting area allowing you to work and relax in harmony whilst the separate bedroom allows for appreciated privacy and tranquility.


There’s a large walk-in dressing area which gives way to a gleaming marble bathroom complete with rainfall shower and free-standing bathtub offering spectacular views out across Downtown Dubai towards the statuesque Burj Khalifa; Soaking in this bath come nightfall against the twinkling of the bustling  metropolis below is one of this hotel’s hidden pleasures. A design feature worth mentioning is the large circular dining table sheltered by a creative feature wall, perfect for enjoying a spot of room service. A second bathroom, kitchen and a large private hallway complete the space.

In addition to exceptional rooms and suites, Jumeirah Emriates Towers offers some of Dubai’s best dining making a stay here a real treat. With no less than 13 world-class restaurants and bars in its vicinity, the hotel invites you to savour a whole world of delectable dining on its doorstep.  From signature Italian dining at the lofty Alta Badia on level 50, to award-wining hearty fare at the renowned Rib Room, a weekend stay is simply not long enough to discover all that this hotel has to offer.


Mundo is the hotel’s main all-day dining restaurant, open from breakfast through to dinner and treats guests to an international menu of Mediterranean, Middle East, Indian and Asian classics. Breakfast time can be rather busy so it’s best to avoid the peak time of 9-10am however, JET do offer a paired down overspill in the neighbouring Rib Room.

Al Nafoorah is another favourite where diners can feast on authentic Lebanese delicacies whilst enjoying regular live entertainment, there is even a charming al fresco terrace for when the weather permits.

It’s not all fine dining however, for casual eateries also reign supreme with ET Sushi and the popular Noodle House also serving up delicious dishes to hungry guests and visitors alike.

Whilst you may be situated right in the heart of one of Dubai’s most vibrant districts, Jumeirah Emirates Towers doesn’t disappoint when it comes to its own nightlife. World favourite Hakkasan calls this impressive location home, offering one of Dubai’s most notorious hotspots for lavish Cantonese cuisine, Friday brunch and cocktails galore. La Cantine du Faubourg is also one of DIFC’s most notable restaurants and bars with an out-of-the-ordinary dining concepts that marries sound, music, image, art and food – It’s fashionable French fare at its very best.

Finally, we need to let you in on a secret: Alta Badia Bar, nestled 1024 feet up in the sky, on the 51st floor of the hotel is surprisingly lively come sunset. Perfectly pocket-sized this wooden bar offers unrivalled views out towards the Arabian Gulf to a backdrop of live jazz or a great DJ at the weekend. Treat yourself to a range of cocktails and classic Italian Cicchetti pre or post dining at its namesake restaurant Alta Badia, one floor below.

For those that believe Dubai is all about the beach ( it isn’t but we will humour you ) worry not, for Jumeirah Emirates Towers offers unlimited complimentary beach access at one of its sister hotels which sits at the foot of the iconic Burj Al Arab. Not only that, the hotel offers a free shuttle service throughout the day for hotel guests and families can rejoice in the also complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark, Dubai’s best aqua experience. The hotel does have its own 25 metre outdoor pool and Jacuzzi which is a great sun trap during the day.

For the more active the Talise Spa located in The Boulevard is the very best in health & fitness.
