With the UAE’s unofficial ‘new year’ now in full swing, our favourite eateries have revamped their menus ready for the influx of hungry diners to descend upon them.

We’ve rounded up our top picks of new menu’s to try in the coming months.

The Eloquent Elephant Revamped Menu

It’s thestylish artisan gastropub with the elephant-sized personality at Taj Dubai and The Eloquent Elephant has revamped their menu with some delicious new additions for guests to indulge in.  Inspired by a Victorian passion for collection, a variety of soon-to -be favourites feature, with highlights including the light and crispy Rock Shrimp Tempura with chili mayo and the irresistible Salt and Pepper Calamari. Street Food comes to Shades, Address Dubai Marina

NEW LAUNCH: Galvin Dubai, City Walk

It’s the highly anticipated offering from the Michelin-starred chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin located in the vibrant The Square, City Walk and it officially opened its doors on 1st October. This elegantly social restaurant and lounge represents the completion of the brothers’ first venture outside the UK after the successful opening of Demoiselle by Galvin earlier this year, also at City Walk.  Menu inspiration is drawn from a commitment to ‘Best of British’, infused with a Mediterranean Basin flair; an evocative array of Italian, Southern French and North African ‘flavours of the sun’. Highlights from the carefully crafted menu include Risotto of Wild Mushrooms, Escabeche of Yellowfin Tuna and Roast Pave of Sea Bass whilst signature cocktails feature Clay Pot Negroni, Vodka and Sake Collins and Down Street Manhattan.
