Prestat Chocolates – Not Just For One Occasion

It’s easy to reserve the art of chocolate purchasing for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and Valentine’s Day but Prestat, one of the world’s most revered luxury chocolatiers tells us why chocolate is not just Christmas, but for each and every moment in life. And who are we to argue?!

With a brand history dating back to 1902 in London when a French rooted company grew into a quintessential British brand and whose colourful, eccentric and elegant packaging has gone on to adorn many a coffee table the world over. Prestat chocolates look just as good as they taste.

Reinforcing it’s ‘best of British’ crown, Prestat has held a royal warrant as Purveyors of Chocolates to Her Majesty The Queen since 1975.

Anything that’s good enough for a royal is definitely good enough for us and we have fallen head over heels for the velvety, rich texture of Prestat’s confectionary, only made better by its iconic packaging.
Prestat is one of those gifts that keeps on giving. From the moment you hand over the bold, playful box to the first flavourful taste, each and every second is enjoyable.
Our personal favourite are the Red Velvet Truffles, so deliciously decadent that you can only manage to eat one (or two) at a time, and of course, the very pinnacle of the Prestat brand. The founder of Prestat, Antoine Dufour’s family were in fact, the creators of the very first chocolate truffle in Chambery, France back in 1895.

As much as we love a chocolate brand with panache, we love one with a story even more.
