It’s been hotly anticipated and is one of Dubai’s most sought after up-and-coming properties and now UAE-based property developer Omniyat have unveiled what is billed to be the city’s most exclusive address.

As the name suggests One Palm is located on a premier part of the iconic Palm Jumeirah and will offer breathtaking views of the Gulf and Dubai skyline.

At 1o0 metres tall, One Palm contains just 90 residential apartments, reinforcing its exclusivity and its statement shape will be one of Dubai’s best architectural landmarks.

Offering well-healed residents access to an unrivalled range of amenities and facilities, One Palm promises to be the very pinnacle of luxury living. A private marina allows residents convenient mooring access to their yachts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools are offered for leisure and a fine-dining restaurant, cinema, spa and cigar lounge top off the luxurious offerings.

Owners are invited to choose their own bespoke interior and finishes from two of the world’s most notable design houses: Japanese firm Super Potato and London-based, Elicyon – famed for its involvement in the renowned One Hyde Park buidling in London’s exclusive Knightsbridge.

One Palm is due for completion in 2018 and is the vision of New York architects SOMA.

Mahdi Amjad, Executive Chairman and CEO of Omniyat, said: “The One Palm project is a marvel, both inside and out.
