Showcased at NYFW, the Spring 17 Banana Republic collection travels to India, inspired by the mix of traditional craft and modern techniques and we absolutely love this standout high-street collection.
Banana Republic’s production is itself, based in India and last Autumn the international classic collection favourite took a closer look at cities such as Mumbai for inspiration. Taking the intersection of old world and new technologies from this vibrant part of the world, Banana Republic applied the concept to its designs for 2017. Think Paisley and woodblock-inspired prints, laser cutting inspired by traditional tilework and a rustic palette of coral, peachy pinks, scarlet and electric blue.
