A Sneak Peak Inside the New Nikki Beach Resort & Spa

If like us, you feel as if you’ve been waiting for the news of the new Nikki Beach for like, well ever, then you’ll be very pleased with this news just in.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai will be launching this Spring 2016 at Pearl Jumeira, marking the 13th permanent Nikki Beach location worldwide and the third hotel property,  raising the standard of luxury beachfront resorts region wide.

Developed in partnership with Meraas, this new luxury resort spans over 52,000 square meters on a private beach with spectacular views over the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline and we’re so excited we couldn’t wait to bring you the first look inside and out.

So what exactly is Nikki Beach and why do you care? Well unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past eight years you’ll know that it was the first and original luxury beach club wayyyy before its long list of successors, a concept that combines music, dining, entertainment and art rolled into one. Today it boasts not only locations in Miami Beach, St. Tropez, Marbella and Marrakech but also possesses a Hotels & Resorts division, a Lifestyle Division, a Special Events Division and a Non-Profit Charity Division, Nikki Cares. It’s what we call a world leader in the hospitality sector.

Inspired by the vision of Jack Penrod, founder and owner of Nikki Beach Worldwide, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai has been designed in collaboration with DSA Architects International with interiors by Gatserelia Design. The luxurious 5-star resort features 132 keys comprises of 117 innovative rooms and suites, alongside 15 villas. Additionally, there are 61 lifestyle residence units ranging from one to four bedrooms and 2 penthouses. The property is situated on a 400-meter white sandy beachfront, with amenities spanning Nikki Spa by ESPA, Tone gym, Café Nikki, Satine Restaurant & Lounge, Key West and the famed Nikki Beach Restaurant and Beach Club.

Featuring the signature ‘all-white’ theme, the rooms, villas and common areas are refreshing havens where you can relax and entertain contrasted with key elements of the Middle East’s personality with elements inspired by the beach, sea and sky.

The property is divided into four main components – the Hotel, the Villas, Nikki Beach Restaurant & Beach Club and the Residences.

The light theme of the exterior and interior changes with the mood and becomes a direct reflection of it, creating a very theatrical ambiance. From romantic to chill, energetic or laidback, all themes are possible based on the general hotel mood or the guest’s mood inside their room. This extends from the organic shapes of the lobby or the wood cladding of the corridors and the restaurants like Key West and Café Nikki. Nature plays a big role in the resort’s design with the use of rough tree branches to pebbles and algae. Every piece seems to be derived from nature with a focus on relaxation and a “feel good” mood.

So there you have it, yet another trendsetting destination to see and be seen in this Spring in Dubai.
